Come experience the Extravaganza! Our annual fundraiser boasts over 500 Easter baskets that are generously donated by individuals, organizations, schools, and businesses for the public to then bid on, with all proceeds benefiting Project Hunger.


Bidding

Bidding is done online through YAP Auction in Grand Island, Nebraska. Click on the link below for instructions on getting registered early and/or bidding.  You can come see the baskets in person on the day of the auction.


Online bidding will be from from 10am-3pm.  There will be also be a "buy it now" option for those who want to avoid the wait. (Project Hunger members will be at the church and can also assist those needing help with online bidding.)


Want to donate a basket? (Monday, April 7- Friday, April 11)

Baskets can be dropped off the week prior to the event at:

  • Copycat Printing (365 N. Broadwell Ave.) from 8 am to 5 pm

                                                            OR

  • First Presbyterian Church (2103 West Anna St-at the south/back entrance) from 6 - 8 pm.

The Taste of Grand Island event showcases the best cuisine & venue options in our area under one roof for a special evening to support both Grand Island Rotary/End Polio Now & Project Hunger.  Guests come to sample food and beverages.  Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door.

Your support coupled with countless volunteer hours from both Rotary and Project Hunger make this fundraising event significant and essential for two very important causes.


NO REGISTRATION FEE FOR VENDORS!


*Space is limited, first 25 vendors to register will be notified of acceptance

*Forms received by February 13th will be included in local radio ads for the event

*Please complete and submit this form by March 1, 2026!
